Group Soundbath

Service Description

Group Soundbath (5 + people only) Host your very own private Soundbath to share with your favorite people. Participants lie in savasana on a yoga mat or massage table and just receive the sounds. The resonance of the instruments is strong and it’s not only an auditory experience – it’s as if receiving a sound massage. Most people may experience deep state of relaxation and altered states of consciousness. Some may fall asleep. A soundbath can be treated as a meditation and focus your mind on the sounds. When doing this, the experience may greatly expand consciousness, increase mental focus and awareness, while also provide you with all the benefits of meditation. Very commonly, people leave soundbaths feeling relaxed and balanced. Sound baths are meant to guide us to a deep meditative state where we can improve mood, relax, release stress and increase consciousness. Expect the sounds of the gongs and singing bowls to flow through and around you. Some may experience physical sensations throughout the body. Emotional and creative blocks may be washed away and bring on clarity. You may see swirls of colors or just plain and simply feel the relaxation your mind, body and spirit needs. A sound bath is not just the instruments played, it’s also intention of healing energy. For this event - Minimum guests: 5 people A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the event date. (Mileage fee will be applied for locations more than 15 miles radius from 91104) Scheduled appointments are paid in full after response is provided for booking request.  Services are non-refundable but may be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointments will require repurchase.
